I'll throw this out there...cuz, why not.
I have 107 out of 140 possible variations of the 2005 Leaf Sportscasters of Rickey. (76%)
I have 44 out of 56 possible variations of the 2005 Donruss Studio Portraits of Rickey. (79%)
I have 28 out of 45 possible variations of the 2005 Donruss Throwback Threads Polo Grounds of Rickey. (62%)
I have 45 out of 88 possible variations of the 2004 Leaf Exhibits of Rickey. (51%)

Plus I have a few doubles of each. Is anyone interested in trading/selling to get me closer to completion on those?

Just crossed the following milestones:
5,500 different Rickey items
9,500 total Rickey items...the 10,000 marker is in sight (but I'm not in a rush...only picking up like 3-6 items a month)
900 items serial numbered /30 or less
100 items serial numbered /5 or less

400 items serial numbered /15 or less
1,000 items with a serial # or stated print run of 50 or less
2,000 items with a serial # or stated print run of 100 or less
1,200 relic cards
21 different Rawlings leather baseball gloves

Sorry, but I do not have any doubles of those. I'm not a fan of the "manufactured" pieces for some reason, but I guess many others are as the prices they command are amazingly high IMHO.

Now that's a shrine to a favorite player- wow

I've decided Rickey collectors are right up there on the insanity level with Griffey, Jeter, Ripken, and McGwire guys.
I collect a certain mid 2000's set numbered to 25. The MOST any card has sold in the last 10 years- Rickey.
Not even close either. An Albert Pujols from the set sold for $70 and that's only equaled by 2-3 other cards
I've got sales going back 15 years on the set.

I just watched an auction on eBay where a Rickey version # 01/25 sold for $300
Repeat- three hundred dollars !!
Hat's off to that player collector-- you are definitely a "super" collector who loves Rickey to pay that much
