Honestly I'd be happy with just a base set sp but I know he will be in a bunch of products. That card does look nice though.

I know nothing of Topps these days since he’s been long removed from their releases aside from cut autos that haven’t looked all that great IMO. I’m with you on wanting base sp and the like, my wallet will also prefer that as well. I’m excited to see what they come up with all the same and love seeing the Twins logos, team names and actual jersey since they’re of course licensed...

Great seeing the twins colors and logos again !!!! But how are
They making them they get approved from the family now ???

Not sure, I heard his license wasn’t passed onto anyone when he passed which was supposed to be why Topps wasn’t releasing new Puckett cards with his likeness. I’d have to assume whatever was preventing them to make new Puckett’s either ran out or was able to be picked up/approved by the family.

Interesting (odd?) recent Puckett sales not involving me:

2020 Topps 206 Blank Back 1/10 - Same card jumps $120 in two months? (Second auction was Probstein)

Related, I need a Cycle and a Polar Bear if anybody's got it.

Is this Gold Signature really harder to find than the others? Maybe it is, but it seems like the 1994 UDCC Gold Sig market has generally been flat in recent years.

Always hard to find, but interesting that the one sold, and then another for significantly more just two weeks later, both were BINs that went pretty fast, especially at $200.

COMC. Sometimes I go weeks and months with no purchases. But...

Since getting back into this hobby in 2015 COMC has been a great visual resource, and it's been good for a few deals.

This is an instance of the consigner and the COMC identifier not knowing what they had as it was listed as just a 1995 Score Gold Rush. Elated and surprised to cross this off the list and have it in hand.

Now you just have to hunt for the opposite corner punched copy.

I've seen a few Ryno 1994 CC Gold Sigs in the last few months, but I have a hard time finding his 1996.

Huge find Matt! I dream of having that be the case with a Frank Gold Rush. Congrats!

The 94 gold has always been harder to find. I don't see them a lot but they do show up.

The 96 studio looks like a flip job but I never would have thought someone would pay $450 for that card.
