I usually root against all NY teams but I don’t think people nowadays will ever understand how devastating it was when the Dodgers and Giants left.

The Ken Burns “Baseball” documentary lays it out well.

There re-airing it this weekend. I always get hooked into re-watching it. Prob the tenth time or so…
