    NJ State Law is that ANY incidents involving students outside of school holds the schools responsible to hand out suspensions for school and/or extra-curricular activities. They handed them a suspension for about 12 hours. I don't even think you can call that a suspension. but w/e I am done...

    Again, do you not understand that I was not comparing kids getting beat up to raping little kids? My point was that Sandusky is not guilty, yet Paterno was let go as a cause of that. The argument is that these kids should be proven guilty before facing a consequence, well, if thats the case why...

    I think you are missing the point, this wasn't just "high school kids fighting" this was assault, and unless you are going to tell me the poor kid who was unconscious in the middle of the street beat himself up, those 9 Wayne Hills kids were responsible

    I'm not saying it is exactly like it, the point by making the comparison is that if a crime is committed, you should serve a punishment. These kids are representing their school by playing football. Football is a privlidge not a right.
