The idea though was to get my 2 year old the number one pick every year for his birthday... If I wanted to do this o would have to back track two years... And his birthday is April 30th so every year I won't have the luxury of waiting to see if they pan out.

What about which year is the actual rookie card? I mean Appel for example was drafted in 2013 but he has 2011 cards USA team and 2013 rc 2014 rc 2015 rc ???
Also do you guys think I should go with graded or not and which graded company is the best/worst???
