Seems like a waste of money...you already knew it was real and can't the PSA/DNA code on the back of the card be verified somehow should you ever decide to sell that Frankenstein of a card?
I didn't need the cash...I'm trying to slowly get out of cards, although I haven't made any headway yet.
I figured since my plans are to sell mostly everything anyway, then now was as good a time as any given the other sale.
If I made a counter offer his $40 offer would have been nullified...I was going to wait a day to see if the other guy would bite, and if he didn't, take the $40 offer.
That day prices saw a slight increase, but to be honest they're really at an all time low.
An 01 Elite RC/410 just sold for $22...When he had his 20+ game hitting streak a couple years ago these bad boys were at $400+.
We're talking about Victor Martinez here. His cards (regardless of print run) don't sell that high.
Both buyers knew that the card was short printed and bid accordingly. It wouldn't have mattered whether or not the seller would have noted the listing as such, I promise.

Still up from last night, about to land the steal of a lifetime (ok, maybe an exaggeration but it'll be a HUGE deal when it arrives)...and then going shopping in Grove City PA with my girl later...
Didn't feel like making another thread was necessary, but another one just ended and it went damn high too:

A lot of things go into consideration.
How good is its condition? First gen/2nd gen? 8/16/32GB? Jailbroken? What firmware?
If you're honestly looking to sell it you should tell ALL of these things.
Long story short is I was waiting on a package to get returned so I could refund the buyer his money...and I moved mid dispute so the item was (hopefully) returned to sender...this was about a month ago and I'm just trying to figure out if there's anywhere in the dispute console that allows for...
