I drove out of town to buy a few blasters of Gypsy Queen, wasn't sure I wanted to buy the racks since I was worried they might be searched (usually all the packs in this town are heavily searched). They were out of blasters at both Wal-Marts I went to so I just went ahead and bought all 21 of...
The Feller & Gordon are #'d to 499 (1:35 packs)
Vida Blue Autograph (1:97 packs)
Jordan Zimmerman Retail Exclusive Mini Autograph #'d /5 (1:55,737 packs)
didn't get any regular relic cards but did pull this one out of the first blaster
Phil Rizzuto Hometown Currency #'d /5 (1:1,542 packs)
The target only parallels are always way tougher to find than the Wal-Mart parallels even though Beckett prices them the same (even though the target parallels (not to mention the Toys R Us parallels from 2012-13) sell a lot better and for more money than the Wal-Mart parallels). The main...
Got my first pack in the mail today. I can't recall sending in just 1 set of wrappers (thought I sent in at least 2 or 3 at a time), so hopefully they aren't gonna screw me out of some packs. Anyway, the packs are wrapped in clear plastic so I wouldn't advise buying any packs on ebay, even...
oh, and here's 1982 Topps Rack Pack #2 -- this time there are a ton of stars to go with the Bobby Bonner RC. I wasn't even going to open this pack until I realized that the card on the bottom of the pack was the same one that was 3 cards below the Jeff Schneider RC in the first pack. Nice way...
4 packs 2001 Fleer Greats of the Game -- the two autos were stuck to each other in the same pack. Strangely enough, the Sutton's foil GOTG logo is missing from the front of the card and is stamped on the back of the card.
9 - 1997 Pinnacle Totally Certified (ouch, and no stars from the red base cards either). 2 packs 2001 Leaf Limited -- nothing worth scanning.
I still have 2 1982 Topps rack packs and 4 packs of 2001 Fleer Greats of the Game that I'll open tomorrow. Yikes
6 -1985 Topps rack packs (I also received a pack with Mark McGwire on top that I didn't open but the other 6 were absolutely horrible), 6-1985 Donruss, 11-1987 Fleer Rack packs (unfortunately all three of these have dings on either a corner or the side of the card)
yeah, i noticed this about 6 months ago:

I recently pulled a few of these out of those 20 assorted pack boxes (mainly available at wal-mart) everybody was...
So Panini just mails them out and hopes the athlete pictured signs them? They don't have a rep there to help the player figure out where to sign? (or maybe this rep is just as clueless as the player?)
@Bill Menard
Okay, I think I came up with this:
1982 Donruss 7 x $1.63 = $11.41 (counts as 7 packs for shipping purposes)
1982 Topps Rak 2 x $9.00 = $18.00 (6)
1983 Donruss 3 x $1.88 = $5.64 (3)
1985 Donruss 6 x $1.63 = $9.78 (6)
1985 Topps Rak 7 x $6.00 = $42.00 (21)
1987 Fleer Rak 11 x $2.06 =...
Really, quitting the hobby because of Beckett?!?!? Nobody gives 2 poops what their guide says something books for, especially new stuff. If it's selling for more than book on eBay then that's pretty much what it's worth. I'm not one that completely buys ebay as a guide but when it comes to...
Since they look unlikely to fill, go ahead and remove my 3 1998 Leaf Rookies and Stars and 6 1990 Leaf Series 1. Add 4 more 1997 Pinnacle Totally Certified, 1 more 1982 Donruss, and 1 more 1985 Topps Rak.
