    Mine definately has scratches on it, but for the price, I couldn't pass it up. Glad Rusty didn't bid me up too high. I had a snipe of $17.50 set on it, so I was happy to not come anywhere near that price.

    The easiest way to tell is to check and see if you can see any stars clearly in the background. If the stars appear like they do on the right, it is not a glowing version.
