All of the Stand Up Guys Promo's are crazy steals at those prices $6 and $10 for the pair...WOW...commons usually sell for @$10, and superstars get quite expensive. Those should flip for good prices if not PC items.
Bump...but no insight so far? I see that a SSP Auto of Willie Parker from the same set is selling for $99 on EBAY, so maybe this guys price isn't that far off? Could this be one of DeAngelo's hardest to find Rookie Autos.

No there are no longer any LCS in Pasadena any more, there used to be Comic Odyssey but they have gotten rid of all sports cards. The one in Eagle Rock is pretty good (its located on Colorado Blvd) but I forgot the name, they have singles, boxes, bargain bins etc.
