1982 Topps Football Info Please

A friend of mine just donated a box of 1982 Topps football cards to me. He had opened a few packs when he was younger and then stacked those cards back in the box with the remaining unopened packs. So this is essentially a complete factory box here. There are 25 unopened packs still in there. I really don't know all that much about football, so I don't know what some of the better cards in the set are. I was looking online and I know Ronnie Lott and LT both have RCs in here. I didn't see either of those in the open stack which leads me to believe they could still be in the packs. Could someone please open their Beckett Football Monthly and just tell me what the money cards are and approximate hi and low values are for them. I'm trying to determine if I should sell the entire box on eBay (the 25 unopened packs plus the cards he opened and put back in there), or if I would be better off opening the rest of the packs and trying to score some high-grade rookies and stars and then sell those.
