This does not exist legitimately for 1995 SP.

The "Superbafoils" are what UD called the one-per-pack foil parallels.

You may be confusing the regular 1995 SP set, with 1995 SP Top Prospects. 95SPTP has the same design as '95 SPs "Premiere Prospects" subset, only with gold foil instead of bronze.
