1997 UD Jumbos

Hey all. I just opened a box of 1997 UD2 and it had an oversized 5" x 7" box topper of #350 Galarraga. I couldn't find any info for this in a quick search. Anyone know the details of this card/set?.

My guess is some sort of retail issue. They issued a lot of jumbo cards then but some sets are much harder to find. 1997 collector's choice is a tough one for example.

That makes sense if was in an oddball box with only 10 Packs. The box does not say Hobby or Retail. Perhaps a specific product for some retailer.

1997 UD power package jumbos. A Sam's Club (Walmart) exclusive.

Those are impossible to find. Never seen a Juan Gonzalez. Would pay greatly for one.

It's not that set. I deleted the post. It's not the 1997 UD Jumbo 1996 Award Winners Jumbo either, although Galarraga is in that set.

Here's a pic of the box it came out of. I bought a lot of old wax from a guy who said he cleared out a clearance rack at a kmart years ago. No guarantee it was from Kmart though.

I have the bagwell base jumbo, but there is supposedly a jumbo of the preeminence subset that I've never seen, so unsure if they were made or if it's just an error on a checklist
