I had a 07 BCDP Refractor. Bought it for $6, graded it for $6. Had $12 into it, sold for $45. Thought that was a great flip, but one just went for $125.

Yet you have multiple BIN's still up for significantly less than $22. So either the person has absolutely no idea about ebay, or its just a bizarre set of circumstances.

There are BIN's for $7.49 dlvd, $7.50 dlvd, etc.
