So I stopped by Target and they had zero rack packs or blasters. I mainly wanted to rack packs for the ease of purple refractors and almost didn't grab any of the remaining hanging "feeder" packs.
Like a slave to the hobby, I grabbed 20 at random.
The first pack yielded a Zack Cox autograph, and the 2nd to last pack - a Harper Base autograph redemption. Just sick.
I ended up hitting a Harper Topps 100 as well, but zero refractors of any kind and a couple International parallels.
Amazing.
These seem to be popping up a lot more frequently than the posted odds, but I think so much is being ripped it's only a perception.
