2000 MLB Showdown "Promo" ?

I have 3 versions of 2000 mlb showdown ... 1 refractor finish, 1 refractor finish 1st edition and 1 that is just a regular finish with a silver foil stamp of the name that I guess would be the "base" card. Someone was selling a 2000 MLB Showdown "promo" though ... is this the base card I'm referencing or is there something different?

Is there refractors for all cards?

There were Preview cards, maybe that is the referenced Promo.

There are NOT refractor-finish cards for every player, just a small subset.
