2001 topps chrome traded late edition question

Hi I prett much stopped collecting in 1999 and got back in a couple of years ago. I have been looking at purchasing a 2001 topps chrome traded Pujols RC and have noticed there is a regular version and a late edition version. Can someone please explain to me the difference in these cards. I know the regular was packed out in the traded boxes but how was the late edition distributed? Is there a value difference? It looks as if the card texture might even be different. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

The late edition was included in Topps Chrome Series 2 packs and is basically just a foiled up topps base card.

So the late edition was in topps series 2 and the other chrome on was in a seperate traded box and there were 2 per pack of the chromes? These have two different textures? Correct?
