2008 Donruss Classics "Old School Colors"

Greetings folks, I hope all is well. It has been a slow stretch on the Manning UT run and I had the opportunity to pick up several patch and jersey cards from the 2008 Donruss Classics "Old School Colors" set. I have always loved the look of the set and love that the cards feature game worn collegiate gear. The lot included some of the patch cards that are especially hard to find. Add the fact that I already had the Manning patch and jersey cards and it made sense to go for it. The only bad thing about this set is that there is a Roy Williams 1/1 patch card.

I love that set! Oh the tings I would do for that Andre Johnson laundry tag lol.

I may or may not know a Canes collector with a certain Kellen Winslow Jr. card from that set in his collection who would not be opposed to pulling it out of his pc to help you with your set.

Thanks folks. It is a fun side project with the Manning run stalled out. Was able to grab a Carson Palmer patch card for the run this week. Waiting for it to come in. Obviously there are challenges with the Elway, Reggie Williams and Roy Williams but there is a decent shot at finding the others in time.
