Do you think there's any chance of getting one of those Pete Rose auto
tickets, or will there be a 1000 people there already at 5:00?

I was thinking about doing that, but are you allowed to park there if you are not taking the train?mrwhitesox30 said:chashawk said:How are you guys getting there? Driving? Train? Any ideas on where to park?

For those who are driving, keep driving north on River Road and you'll see a giant parking lot on your right after you go under the highway. That's the CTA lot, and you can park there for I think $3 and walk half a mile to the convention center. It's much cheaper and really easy. You could park for free, as I don't know if they check, but I always go to the south end of the lot near the main station and pay the $3 to the machine so I can prove I paid in case they start handing out tickets.
