This card will be mine.

I, for one, am excited about this set, or at least selected singles in it. Hopefully the base set will be nicer looking that last year's. No way am I buying a box/pack, but I'll be all over certain cards.

Triple Turds is my least favorite set of the year, still looks as stupid as ever. The foldout cards are ridiculous as it is, why would you do a trifold?

I have no idea why people still buy Topps high end. Its like throwing your money into a fire and then peeing on the ashes.

Also, glad to see the cards havent changed...again. This set is as stale as my dog's farts.

Agree. Triple threads suck. I don't know how to store the fold out cards, the edges of the gu are always sticky, and the stupid cut out patterns for the gu curl up or peel away because they cut the cardboard too think. Not to mention the 150 parallels of basic gu jersey or bat that drive me nuts.

Any idea as to why there has yet to be a Carlos Pena TTT card issued?

your right the fold outs are terrible............. ::facepalm::

Dont you facepalm me mister, haha.

First off, both of those cards are completely AMAZING! You know, because I love cards that are paralleled to a billion, spell out MVPMVP and GREATS, produced on ORANGE RAINBOW foilboard, and have 6 pictures stuffed onto the cards. Also I love displaying my cards in two toploaders with two team bags.

::facepalm:: right back at ya.

so its like the card is numbered to /93 after the /36 /27 /18 /9 and /3....so what its still numbered to under 100, and i dont see how they are stuffed on a card....you can see all there pictures perfect, also it looks really good with the two toploaders

What award did TTT win from FCB?
Wasn't it best current star product or some such?
All those voting forums have been closed. I'm guessing
Gilmore would know.

If it did, my respect level for some FCB users just dropped considerably.

I like the fold-out cards. TTT is too high-end for me but I have a couple of the fold-outs (Mets/Braves and Wright/Howard) in my David Wright PC.

He plays for the wrong NY team
He could be the bat boy for the NYY and he'd be in every set.

Gellman has a great blog on this product on his site. Have to agree with him. Topps best products are the stuff under $100 a box. I'd much rather buy Finest and A&G.

But why buy a card from this, when you can have a much more aptly designed card for the same price? You can also even make sure that it isnt Paralleled 93 times, and actually uses game used memorabilia, unlike this stuff. Read the blurb on the back! Besides, this poop is designed to feign rarity so that people look past all the poor aspects of it. "OH MY GOD I JUST PULLED A 1/1," too bad there are 5 others like it. Damn, despite all of this, I would buy something else just to avoid the awful/stale design.

Topps sucks at high end. Personally, I dont buy anything that doesnt have chrome in the title somewhere, especially after last year's finest football.

Wow.

I've tried a box or two of TTT each of the last two years. I'm 1 for 3 on pulling awesome stuff, but it's easily one of the most fun breaks available. I'll be pressing my luck again this year.
