2010 Bowman Chrome Minor League Set...would you?

but what everyone is saying that the collector should decided what a rookie is and most people are saying the first card of a MLBer by a Mlb card producer.

The 2001 Wright and Howard came from a set that was devoid of active major league players, essentially making it a minor league set produced by a major league company. The readily recognized rookie cards of players have always come from sets that included major league players and were widely distributed in a random sealed pack form.

That's how they've distinguished and catalogued cards in the past and is my best way of explaining the rules according to me.
