I know that people are going nuts over Bowman, and Allen and Ginter.

Is Topps Chrome the Next big product?

Buy in is between $700-$800 presell for a 12 box case.

Thoughts?

Topps Chrome has been really picking up steam over the last few years. It should be a strong seller this year again. I would think $750-$800 is a good buy in at this point.

I don't think it can get as HIGH as bowman, but if it goes from $700 to $1,000+, that would be a pretty good take.

I really like the USA autos included in here.

Would've been interesting if Topps Chrome was released when Bowman was, or in place of Bowman Woo hoo, timing is everything, eh?

Topps is going to continue to mix up products (USA) to get people into everything.

is this right? if so, the season will be over and i think stras stuff will
be pretty much settled to a certain number, which im sure will be high.
might be good to pick some stuff up as the season ends, might be almost within budget :lol: :lol:

The USA autos are one per case, correct? And it is the College team that will play this summer, not the guys who were just in Bowman Chrome. So there will be some nice pulls, like Rendon, but plenty of duds.

I think the same goes for the rookie autos. The Topps Chrome autos since '06 have been guys who have actually played in the bigs, not prospects. And I doubt the checklist will include anyone called up after about August 1 at the latest. I think all that adds up to making it a pretty weak break. I guess speculating on sealed wax is a different story, but as someone said, a September release date means there is not going to be a ton of hype for the product.
