The Shout Outs look freaking incredible too. UD is killing it, all these previews look insane. Let's just hope they actually put something out soon and the products match the previews.

I just wish that breaking boxes of Ultimate were more fun. It's a great set to buy singles from, but last year it was so difficult to pull anything worthwhile. Essentially, I think I wish Ultimate were more like Limited, with multiple hits per box.

Agreed. if they did football like they did the hockey (at least one auto and at least one jersey/patch card per pack)... Would definitely be a must buy.

Ultimate Collection Football and Hockey are both in my top 3-4 favorite products each and every year.

Im just wondering if there are enough college Football collectors to make these UD college themed products a success?

Also, what do you guys think about the secondary/Ebay market? Will the college autos of star players still sell for roughly the same amount as autographed cards of players in the NFL gear?

For Example, will an Eli Manning Ole MIss Ultimate auto sell for more/less/same compared with an Eli Manning Ultimate card from years past in his NFL gear? Providing the print runs are the same or very, very close.

Any opinions on the question i just asked above? Would be interested in hearing some.

I am really loving these two cards i seen listed up on FB.

As myself and my girlfriend collect all the Mannings (I collect Eli, my girl collects Peyton and we both buy Archie cards, but most of our Archie stuff is a dual auto with Peyton or Eli. I believe i only own two Archie Manning autos of him by himself.) this is certainly a card we would absolutely die for.....

Very good questions. I collected Peyton Manning because he went to UT. Had he not gone to UT I am sure I would have some cards of his but not the way I do now. When I heard of the "Ultimate Shout Out" of Manning in their last set it was on my list of must have cards. I missed the first copy sold but landed the second. It's one of my favorite cards and the scarcity only adds to it. I think these will sell pretty well. I hope Peyton has several issues in the set.

G $MONEY$ - For me personally - I agree they are great looking cards, but I will not buy any singles for my PC.
Maybe if they simply added a "Miami" in there I'd consider.....there has to be something to me that makes it a "Dolphins card". For instance I'd much rather wait and have a Brandon Marshall Dolphins card auto over any of his rc Denver auto's, even if they were worth less.....but maybe that puts me in the minority.


That said - I would consider still buying these US products by the box if there is value there.
And if I happened to pull something like a Marino auto in a Pitt. uni - while I still wouldn't consider it a "Dolphins card" - I'd hang on to it....May pick up an occasional Uconn card, but as I said, when buying singles of my team, I will look elsewhere.
