I tried Weed and water about 6 months ago because someone said it tasted like sweet tea. It did indeed.

Can't believe the Vikings took Ponder that early. Seems like a desperation pick since they will be bringing someone in to start for them.

With the lockout and players not being able to be traded.... teams are stretching for QBs since they dont know if they can get Kolb or one of the other good vet QBs.... so they take a QB way too early.

I realize that but if/when they get started, people are going to be available and we know they're not going to start him unless they've lost their damn mind. Know that you're going to bring in a journeyman QB (or play Tavaris/Joe Webb) and roll the dice on getting a decent QB in the next round.

Seems like a waste of a quality pick when we know this is a weak QB class.

As a Bears fan, I would have been more worried if they would have taken Mallet, even in the 2nd round.

I don't understand that one. If you like him, trade down, get something, anything and then take your guy.

I'm always amazed how many Pro teams "panic" and "over-draft" every year. Unreal!

and yeah, some real "steals" falling to lower picks. Prince, Bowers and Jordan still available.

I think the Vikings have the 2nd worst draft team right behind the Raiders. Only good one is Peterson and that was just a gift.

The only time I've ever been cut off from drinking at a restaurant was when I was drinking....iced tea.

Me and my buddy were really hung over and went to a Mexican food restaurant and just ordered tea. We drank 33 glasses between us, then the waitress said we couldn't have any more unless we ordered food. We promptly left.

I'd put Buffalo in between, knocking the Vikes to 3rd, but yeah, they're pretty awful. Anytime you "pass" a pick TWICE, something's seriously wrong...
