Leaf is pleased to announce the introduction of its first ever ENTRY LEVEL cut signature release.....
2012 LEAF HISTORY OF BASEBALL CUT SIGNATURE
This release will be available in both hobby stores and a limited number of retail locations.
Each box will contain 1 Leaf History of Baseball Cut Signature Card. This card is beckett slabbed just like our other cut signature releases. Each box is a blaster style box perfectly packaged for retail success.
Despite its entry level pricing, the product has a plethora of TOP NOTCH hits including Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Mel Ott, Cy Young, Roberto Clemente and many more. Even the more common hits are comprised of All-Stars, Hall of Famers, members of legendary World Series Championship teams, major award winners and other notable accomplishments (including many deceased players!).
Orders are due 6/4/12 (or prior sell out)...
Releases August 2012...
20 Blaster Boxes per case... 1 Cut signature slabbed per blaster box

Actually, Walmart will be doing a VERY limited test of this item and I would expect them to price at $29.99...

this product has been done time and time again...so having it retail only all around retail outlets would definitely make it a more original idea

Unlike all of our other cuts, it is a lower end entry level product that still has big hits...
VERY different than our other offerings from a content/pricing/packaging standpoint..
People always ask me for more afforable product offerings... this is it..

I definitely do like the price point...Even for the casual collector, a $30 gamble is reasonable

As I am sure BG has seen retail lately has been extremely dangerous with resealed boxes. There are people all over opening blasters and getting a handful of 1988 topps. What steps will you guys put in place to assure that these arent opened and searched and then returned to the retail store?

Obviosely a higher price point..but you should definitely consider a HOF auto sweet spot auto product..appears Topps doesn't make sweet spot auto cards unless I am mistaken, so this would be a niche...obviosely it's expensive to make sweet spot autos...but an autographed sweet spot ball auto would be cool...
