2012 MUSEUM COLLECTION Redemption Doesn't Exist???????

Um just scratched off a redemption and entered it and TOPPS says it doesn't exist. THANKS TOPPS. What do I do now?

seems like topps has been doing this lately.

they dont have everything entered into the system yet. I would try again in a few days. It has happened with almost every product that has come out this year.

Ok great. I will hold onto it at the moment. Just love that a jersey card is a redemption, what a joke.

I pulled a quarter redemption out of Heritage and got the same message. I waited about a week, and was able to redeem it then.

I've had the same problem with both Topps and Panini. Apparently adding redemption codes into their system is another thing they do after the fact.
