Are these pretty common or rare , collectible or just a 'Thanks Topps'? Pulled these three out of a value box:

Not really a NNOF, but just where the foil stamper ran out of foil. There is probably a slight impression where each letter should be, just no foil.

Some player collectors will care if you happen to luck out with the right player. You're not going to get a ton though it'll sell for a .99 bid with 1.50 shipping where the base wouldn't even get that on eBay

Out of all the gimmicky stuff Topps has done, I'm surprised they haven't incorporated the NNOF into a product as a chase card. I'd say the Thomas from 1990 is a pretty important card when it comes to modern Topps.

Would BGS grade these error cards, and would they make note of the error on the label or deduct surface grade since it's an imperfection?
