could be - I haven't handled a '13 Heritage card yet.

Eric, how does the 2013 stock compare to 2012 Heritage? 2012 is still pretty sturdy, although the stock is still not what it was in the early Heritage years.

This is really true. You'll be able to buy a master set (inserts and all SPs) for well under $200.

the cards themselves are not any thinner when stacked up against other recent MLB years. its just a damn shame that Topps Non-sports are "allowed" to use "good" card stock, but Baseball isn't.

the 2013 cards do not feel "flimsy". but they do feel different then they did in 2012

Kevin, is everything about "value"? God forbid someone like to open packs because they enjoy base cards.

WWE Heritage cards this year were brutal. All kinds of chipping, dinged corners ect. Was some ot the worst card stock they have used in awhile. Glad they didn't use that crap on Heritage.

I think the originals had white card stock, in which case Topps got it right.

They do look really nice! The colored refs remind me of '04 Chrome parallels. Has anyone crunched any numbers yet to determine approximate print runs for the Venezuelans?

I guess you could compare the pull rates of the Venz to the chromes and refractors. The Venz are slightly harder to pull than the refractors which are numbered to 564. 500 would be a good guess.

oh and Brent just sold the Bryce SSP for 1000.00! I presume to KO.

I guess you could compare the pull rates of the Venz to the chromes and refractors. The Venz are slightly harder to pull than the refractors which are numbered to 564. 500 would be a good guess.

But the Chromes are only a 100 card set correct? and we're still trying to determine if the Venezuelans cover the entire set? And if they do would they'd be closer to /100 or am I thinking nonsense
