Maybe because one is signed? I dunno'.
But did the company (Panini) have him sign it for the card, or was the shoe already signed and they cut that part out? It is not a sticker auto like the rest of the cards seem to be.

Bought on Friday, delivered on Monday, so nice when that happens.

Only my 2nd RJ Panini auto. I'm kind of on the fence about the shadowbox auto currently, just isn't worth the current price tag I guess.

A sticker auto on the actual shoe? Where have you seen sticker autos on any of these?
Not on the shoe, sticker on the cards. Who would put a sticker auto on a shoe? Most of the cards in the set have seem to have stickers not "on card" autos. That is the point. If they won't give the cards to players to sign, what makes you think that they would give this one to a player to sign.

It was likely already signed...

I don't get your line of questioning. I said it could also be a 1/1 because it's signed. Regardless of when it was signed - it's signed.

I heard that A_Pharis had two left feet but since Albert seems nimble he likely has one left and one right foot thus one 1/1 card per foot........this is a Super High End product and you need Super High End thinking to be innovative.

I base this on nothing, but does anyone else think maybe the basketball case breakers open this stuff and don't understand the market? I always laugh that most stuff doesn't go to auction and instead has crazy BINs.

What hurts it is using the Patch and not a tag for the Nolan. That's what effects the card IMO

Ryan

+1 This.

I'd personally not want Tiant on there as well. Why have 3 awesome HOF'ers and then a fourth guy who's just an all-star. Just make Tiant his own card.
