I base this on nothing, but does anyone else think maybe the basketball case breakers open this stuff and don't understand the market? I always laugh that most stuff doesn't go to auction and instead has crazy BINs.

Doesn't seem too much different to me than any 'high end' release as far as unrealistic day 1 BIN prices go, people always go fishing like this. They either get a bite (Vizquel $1500 lol) or get no offers & reduce the price by $200 after just a day (RJ shadowbox).

Hey...at least that Randy Johnson shadow box auto seems to be signed in a pen color that might not fade. Some of panini' products look gorgeous but the acetate they use seems to fade the auto.

As far as the product, I like it. I just think Panini needs a license. I love their football products. Time for them to be allowed to do baseball in a legit manner.

I can let it slide as the oldest player, Cobb, has a bat piece, the 2nd and 3rd oldest, Gehrig/Ruth, have jerseys and the youngest has a patch. Not to mention, the Ruth jersey has a sliver of pinstripe. Makes sense in a way.
