Jim Hickman. Just liked the way he played. Was a thrill to see him get the hit in the Allstar game to drive in Pete Rose for the winning run.
Sadly that play ended Ray Fosse's carrier

All slap hitters w/speed. To this day, whenever I see Martinez on the tv or being spoken about on the tv, I yell "slapstick" since every hit he had with the White Sox seemed to be oppo.

Bobby Kielty - That man had quite the arm. I remember being at a game where he fielded one of the baggy and fired in into the infield. It was a tough play.

Doug Mientkiewicz - I know he's "well-known" for catching the final out in the 2004 World Series, but man that dude was a great first basemen. He used to do the splits at first to catch balls that were wild throws.

Jordan Smith (Indians) - He's a minor leaguer. He's not from California or Florida, so naturally nobody really cares about him, but his fielding skills are nuts. I watched him slide all over the outfield in a wood bat league a couple years ago. From what I saw, his bat wasn't THAT great, but I loved watching him play defensively.

Had to think about the other two because I wanted to go with people that not very many folks had heard of or that had shorter careers.

Carlos Hernandez (Astros pitcher)
David Neid (Rockies pitcher)

I'm not sure what happened to Carlos as he seemed like a damn good pitcher but he just seems to have faded off into obscurity.

Another grouping would be:

Carney Landsford
Mickey "Fruit Loops" Tettleton
Mark Kotsay (who is still active)
