In theory, the shipping agreement sounds good, but it looks like you're going to have to through a ton of paypal payments and make sure people paid the right amount of postage.

Correct on both fronts. It only took me 55 minutes to send invoices to everyone so far, with the stipulation that if they plan on bidding on more items, I would readjust their invoice (Also a chance for advertising by 700 remaining auctions). It only took another 10 minutes for me to refund incorrect paypal payments and send explanations. I didn't receive any grief from any of the refunded payments, and actually received more apologies for members who did not read the shipping terms.

Out of about 250 paypal transactions so far, I have only received ONE negative response, which in summary complained that I can send some items for free, but penalized buyers who bought more by charging for shipping. The user also stated that I can mail packaged of 24 cards in toploaders for 65 cents. My polite response was that my shipping terms were stated in the original description, and in the payment invoice, and that the buyer didn't have to bid on my items. I then asked where I could ship for 65 cents!

Still waiting for my reply there.

I may be interested in the ones that didn't sell if you are going to throw them in a big lot for a cheap price.

You didn't win the lot I expected you would bid on given that username. Like I said, I'll be checking out what I have left over AFTER everything is over, and decide whether to put it all in one big lot, team lot, etc.
