Who destroys a cell phone, hires a cleaners and gets rid of as much evidence if you are not guilty. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.

Going by his track record with guns that has come out in the last few days I wouldn't be shocked if he actually killed the guy himself. What a shame too he has life handed to him on a silver platter and this is what he makes of it.

What I don't get, is if he actually killed this dude...why would he go through all the trouble of destroying evidence and not get rid of the body? Why dump it a mile from your home? How stupid can you be?

I'm confused as to why this guy feels the need to pack a gun and to shoot people when he does have one. If he has a situation where someone wants to fight him I would guess he could hold his own. Makes no sense to me why these guys with all this money don't just stay at home and have a few hot chicks come to his place and pretend its a night club if that's what you are after. If I had that kind of money I would lock myself in my gated home and play Xbox all day and buy tons of baseball cards. Oh wait.... Except for the money part I try that now.

I had read there was a warrant for his arrest for obstruction. Which means that the things he did were not "shady" buuuut illegal.

All evidence points to him being involved in some way. Not saying he pulled the trigger, but he certainly is trying pretty hard to cover something up. Not looking good.

Well, now that he's been arrested and released by the Patriots the deep *hit just got deeper. It will be interesting to see what they charged him with. They certainly took their time and kept quiet about the investigation. I have a feeling he will be lucky if he only gets charged with obstruction, which seems pretty cut and dry based on the destruction of the security equipment and cellphone.
