? About Topps Redemptions

Redemption newb here so thought i'd consult the experts. I redeemed a Finest UFC gold auto /25 right when I pulled it in September of 2011...I have yet to hear anything whatsoever from Topps over a year and a half later. I have emailed them and tweeted them but no response. Obviously I've given up hope on that particular card but what should I do? See if I can establish a record for longest "pending" redemption? Thanks in advance.
