I received today, however there is a major problem. It's clear that the Montero Blue Refractor Auto is trimmed. As soon as I looked at it I knew there was something wrong, and when I compared it to the other cards you sent I can say with 100% certainty that the card is trimmed. I definitely would like a refund on the Blue and expect that you will make good on the refund - I will send the card back as well. Where do you get this card? Please advise.

I had originally posted the actual PM's that I sent and you sent back but it's against TOS; if anything, my paraphrasing is tame in comparison to what you actually sent. At this point, I don't even want a refund anymore because I would NEVER trust that you'd give it to me - you've already proved you have no integrity. I didn't see any problems with the other cards because THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE OTHER CARDS! If the Blue was fine but one of the base Auto's was short, we'd be having the same conversation only I'd want a $60 refund.

Moral of the story is you're the single most obnoxious, idiotic person I've dealt with on here by a long shot. Hopefully everyone else can see that too, but unfortunately I can't show the actual pm's to really hammer that point home.

I'm done with you, lesson learned - just another question to ask people when buying now, "my man". I hope the $150 is worth destroying your reputation.

I have all of the PM's and I will forward to cgilmo so he can see. If you were in my shoes you would have reacted the same way. You accused me of trimming a card that I indeed laid hands on one time to put in a new top load, better yet, never even touched the actual card, but only the poly sleeve. When wrongful accusations come flying, I will not just sit here and take them with a grain of salt. You would have been the same way.

This ordeal was made way more complicated than it actually was.

The card and it's defects are kinda irrelevant. The buyer bought a lot of cards, and was unhappy with the lot. It isn't a case where market fluctuation caused buyers remorse because Montero stuff hasn't moved since the deal was made. Sellers should always try and make the transaction successful, even more so than the buyer. There is a reason the guy paying is called the customer. Securedsports should have responded with more tact, and less anger. Flying off at the handle like that makes anyone think that something is up immediately. In a world with scammers all around people who buy sports cards automatically assume that they are dealing with a scammer when someone goes from 0 to bat **** crazy like that.

However, if you buy something and want to return it, you can't dictate the terms of that return. If the seller says all or nothing, then you kinda have to respect that. If you buy multiple cards, lots of times discounts are thrown in, and it isn't right to remove single cards from that lot.

I hope this gets worked out soon, and I trust it will because $150 for that Montero is a pretty good buy right now. If I sold it I wouldn't mind getting it back. Just remember that cooler heads prevail, and sometimes you just gotta keep your wits instead of lashing out.
