Plate #7! The usher came and kicked people out again but I just sat in the second row like I had a ticket there. Plouffe and Revere did their yoga routine, Revere came and signed and got close to me but stopped for the National Anthem. Plouffe came right next to me, got the second signature from him, and still got out and up to my seats in 316 in less than 5 minutes and still made first pitch. Quickest turnaround for me, got this yesterday.

That's true. I will take a couple Delmon Young's along... as well as a Carlos Guillen. I wish I could think of something for a general item to take... oh well.

Do you have any team cards? I usually bring any of the players cards from the active roster that I can. Team Cards work really good too because you can use them on any players that you either don't recognize or have something specific for. Here are a couple that I got this year.

I may have 1-2 that I can look for. That's going to suck if I can't find anything.

Grats man the Plouffe looks fantastic. Love seeing / hearing successes like these ones.

If anybody is close by, the Joe Nathan line at the Majestic Clubhouse Store is only 15 or so people deep.

Nothing major, but I am going to TTM Allan Anderson tonight on an '87 Fleer for a new project.

Send two TB and i'll buy one off ya if he signs both. Was just about to do that since my A.A. doesn't look to hot. You think of doing a project like this one?

I only have one or I would. I can toss one in the next time I send.

My project is a tad different than yours, although I thought about it when I decided to start mine. It's just a general project to get as many '87 Fleers signed as I can. If I get around to finishing the Twins set or the set itself, I will pursue it but my mind would explode if I had a goal to get too.

Here is his success rate via SCF. Take it for what it's worth:

Thanks! Plouffe seems like a really nice guy and probably is one of the funnier guys in the clubhouse

I've been seeing a lot of Cuddyer TTM successes recently, I sent one back in September but it must have got put in a different bag of mail since the recent ones seem to have been sent earlier this season

Not happy about losing Kubel
Claimed doesn't mean gone yet, that just means same as Delmon we can work out a trade or pull them back, and I don't think they can be waived and pulled back again if it happens once. CLE is too out of it to get Thome now, and Philly being team #30 on the order probably has no shot at Thome

With the Mauer Contract, I don't see us trying to keep kubel. Odds are that we'll start piecing off the vets and moving back to the days of young twins players. With Mauer, Morneau, and Span locked for a while atleast, I can see us shedding payroll, especially if we aren't contending

I'm hoping Span gets healthy for next year and we can do Cuddyer/Span/Revere/Plouffe rotation in the OF, Benson as the fifth off the bench, and Revere can stay out of center. From watching the game yesterday, he has trouble hitting the cut on the fly...

Here's the Kubel situation, whoever claimed Kubel will have to offer more what the Twins think they can get in a compensatory pick next year: "Kubel's likely to be a Type B free agent, meaning Minnesota would get a compensatory pick in next year's First-Year Player Draft if he signs elsewhere, so the Twins would look to get a worthwhile prospect in return."

That is more than likely something that will be worked on in the off season, not saying anything can help, but Im sure that will be the focus.
