I don't add very much to my Justin Morneau collection but I just got the final piece to this set yesterday.

Awesome that you were able to put together all three 1/1's!

That is very nice. Makes it even better when you have 3 1/1s there

Thanks guys. I am pretty selective with my Morneau collection since I have been putting so much in to my Puckett collection but when the last patch popped up I had to have it to complete the trilogy.

Here are a couple of Puckett auto's that I haven't put away in my stash yet. Sorry for the poor pics they are from my digital camera.

I need to pick up a Puckett auto badly, but they are too expensive for me

I'm in the same boat as you. I throw a couple in my watch list every now and then but it's likely gonna take me awhile to finally pick one up. Same thing with a Mauer Chrome Auto.

Yeah they are spendy but they can be found reasonably from time to time. 2 of the ones I posted I paid $100 each for which is standard for his autos but they can be found cheaper than that with a bit of patience.

Ha, I'm the same way with the Mauer chrome auto too! I keep telling myself I'll grab one, but then end up spending my money before I get around to buying the Mauer chrome

I want to get Mauer on an 8x10 or 16x20. I am not in a big hurry to get his auto though. I would much rather pursue some guys from the 2002 team first.

They are going up slightly every year it seems. Haven't boughten any in a while, except for the Puckett Blyleven 87 wheaties box. Just have to be patient, and know when to buy. Usually during the season is a good time for lower then off season prices

Up to 27 total plates
27plates.jpg

Made more progress on the Plouffe rainbow, probably will crack the BGS 8.5 red 5/5, but down to gold /50, and purple and refractor which are likely incoming
Ploufferainbowprogress.jpg

And these from Neshek's, which the plates are already in the bigger picture

Trevor Plouffe signing, FanHQ on May 12th. Free.

http://twitter.com/#!/fanhq

I am going to try to go but it's quite a ways out yet. Does anyone have an idea of what I should take? I have an 8x10 already and I don't need anymore cards signed. An ROMLB is quite boring.

I am not going to lie, I was a tad disappointed too. I was hoping for Willingham, or somebody I needed an 8x10 of, but I am a Plouffe fan and I still plan to attend.

I might end up going just because it is free and I live close, but I really don't have too much for him to sign. I don't want to waste a OMLB on him and don't want to buy an 8x10. I do have the ticket stub from the last game of the year last year where I'm pretty sure he had the walk-off hit, I could have him sign that.

I need him on an OMLB but I am sure I can snag one for cheaper than the cost of a ball. I have a thread up on Neshek's looking for some unique items but I doubt it gets any play.

I will probably bring a card or something.
