Are Lunds, Cub, Sports Authority, or Byrerly's still going to do signings? Got Crain at Lund's on a baseball and Just Minors rookie, Alexi at Byerly's on a bat and Topps RC, Pavano at SA on a ball, Ginter card, and Topps card, and Nathan and Laudner at Cub on a ball and magnet

Have Ty Hope translate it to Japanese for you. He's a translator over in Japan, that's his job.

We'll see once they get home for a homestand. They usually have appearances throughout the season, but nothing is posted yet. Patience, Padawan.

I thought the WW sold or at least ended at $50

Here's what I have for the lower-numbered Span TTT:

October 4, 2010 - Platinum 1/1 $361.75
October 9, 2010 - Sapphire /10 $222.25
November 11, 2010 - Wood 1/1 $460.75
December 5, 2010 - White Whale 1/1 $139.25

All to the same buyer. And for the person who mentioned the Baker Ginter Auto, got this at TwinsFest when he was signing w/Span

WOO-HOO!! Twins take the lead! (now hold on to it!)

I told myself that since this year, we don't have FSN, I was going to turn the radio up in ma vehicle and listen to every game outside...

As luck would have it, da blaza be in the shop.

Quick question, should I try sending to Nishi in english, just to see what happens? or should I refrain unless I can have someone translate it to Japanese.

Great win for the Twins.

Picked up one of the $8 17 card team sets, not sure if I'll send Nishi TTM the card from the set, or a generic team card

I would send a team card and let us know how you did.

I might wait in Nishi for a TTM. One: the Topps cards isn't always the most autograph-friendly surface unless you use the right pen. Do you want to send that pen along with the chance you won't get it back? Two: he'll be in other sets that will have an auto-friendly surface. Three: He may not be hip to our culture of sending cards to players to sign and return to us. Don't know if that's a large part of fandom in Japan. I'm going to the Cities on Sunday for the Twins game, so I'll check for the set at Targets.

Still want to get this one (on the left) signed though.

Looks like Yoshi alone from the set has been selling for $5.50-$6.50, and it's a 17 card set including Valencia and the other stars

I prep mine. They come out pretty nice:

It's a Bowman, but it has a similar/same surface

Should TTM Nishi card to have Gardy sign it.

Nishi should be a lock in Ginter so I'd wait for that one, unless Fan HQ brings Nishi in before that comes out, then just rub down his Topps card and sharpie will look great on it.

Joe Mauer sighting tonight. What are all the Mauer haters gonna say tomorrow on KFAN.

What the hey... I am going to send.

I just picked out a Signature Card, so hopefully the Twins allow those.

Should I send some cards of his teammates to him as well for him to keep, or should I just keep it to one?

Target Field is really hard to graph. Security is tighter up close, and the outfield wall is higher up so nobody will be signing out there...

The MetroDome was really easy... In there when the gates open, right on top of the dugout. No hardcore graphers up there, so it was easy to get some players. In 2 days, I saw Liriano, Gomez, Mahay, Anthony Lerew (Royals), Blyleven, Gaitti, and Scotty Erickson (there was a ceremony after one of the games) graphing. Lerew actually came out into the outfield to graph... How they let him out there is anyone's guess, but I can't complain.

Is the first base side along the outfield the best place to get autos before the game at Target Field?
