Yeah, I'm overboard on my Twins hate right now. Frustration on this season already. Maybe it will do them good to miss postseason and get rid of some of this dead weight on the team. This group now has taken them about as far as they can go. Is this last year of Nathan contract?

As for Nathan, this is the last year, with a 2012 option, $12.5 team option, $2 buyout.

And I agree, the team may need some revamping if this is a lost season.

Its two+ weeks into the season, teams start cold, end up hot. Teams start hot, end up cold. Relax!!!

That game last nite was one that you cannot lose. Your starter goes 8 scoreless and hands the ball and a two run lead to the closer and he can't get it done.

****, the Indians and Royals currently lead the division, we all know that at the end of the year, neither will be at the top.
Wins wise, Twins at 4, Detroit at 6, Chicago at 7.

Oh, I know all that. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Closers blow saves every so often (two in the same game is pretty repulsive, tho :lol: ) And yes, it is early. The Central is notoriously competitive within itself, so when we start playing Detroit and Chicago, things will be different. Besides, the Twins always find a way! Once we win a series, get a couple in a row, then the ship will right itself. Not thinking of a 8-9 game winning streak, just take the series.


It's just fun to vent.

Haha no worries. There tend to be a lot of cards like that ending at low prices, so I figure just to throw a price out there and if I win it then I win it. That happened before and I won a Dinkelman BC Blue Auto for like $5 dlvd. I just think it's nice to get some nice color autos for such cheap prices

I was actually shocked it went so cheap! That's only the 2nd one that I have seen and the first went for $100. The only thing that I wish is that they had jersey pieces and not bat pieces, that way the lower #'d ones could have patches. Would look A LOT nicer.

I think they were about $20-$25 at release. They were at that point again about a month or so ago but if I was going to buy I would do it now before he eventually gets the call. The one that I just got in the mail the other day I won for about $15 dlvd and I was happy with that.
