Between Casilla, Punto, and Tolbert, I'd prefer Casilla. Gardy will probably take Punto because he is such a homer. He loves Punto but he's so fragile, hits so little, --yeah, playoff experience and decent glove--but I'd rather have Casilla. I think the choice between Baker and Slowey will depend on who is the most healthy. The most you can get from either of them is 5 innings or 85 pitches, whichever comes first. I agree that Fuentes and Mijares are in, Flores and Perkins are out. We'll see what's up with Repko and his thumb. He's a valuable late-inning devensive replacement for Kubel in right (can't hit for squat, tho) --does Revere get to be the the Jarvis Brown of the 2010 Twins? Of course, us armchair GMs have got it all wrong anyway. We'll see in a week!

I would prefer to have Repko over Revere but it is pretty close. Revere has the better speed and could be a valuable late-inning pinch runner but Repko isn't slow either. His defense is what gives him the edge for me, as he has probably about the same amount of range as Revere but has a much much better arm.

Going to a game this weekend almost officially(I know I already posted about it, but we all talked about it today)! I am going to try and get left field bleacher seats for Sunday, but we will see.

Anyone graph at Target Field? When I go to games I always get there when the doors open so I should have a good shot at this... Who are the better signers? Neshek of course... I plan on taking a few baseballs and a couple cards. I am going to take a Perk card (JUST in case...).

Graphing inside stadium is pretty tough. Just have to get lucky and hope someone comes over after streching.

That's too bad... The Dome was tough, but not impossible. It helped that the dugout was under the seats so you could stand at the top and the players would come right out and sign for everyone. I got to see many players up close for this... It also helped during Gopher season.

Eh, that's ok. That way I can focus on the game more.

I have only gone to a couple of the games real early and like MP said, it isn't impossible but it is tough. You could probably get some of the lesser guys like Butera, Tolbert, etc.. They seem to graph more frequently then others. Valencia as well. You just have to get down there nice and early and be patient.

I am heading over to Stub Hub now to look at Tix. I am looking for good ones at a max of $50.

Where we sit will determine if I graph or not.

Well I got my ALCS tickets today for Game 1 and 3. I was pretty upset because I had some pretty nice seats but it kept saying that my CC information wasn't correct. By the time I got a hold of my gf to use her card I had lost those seats and had to settle for a little worse.. Either way I still got them though so I won't complain.

that is sweet looking Gaetti circle auto. I can see why it went for over $20. I still gotta take some pics of my Twins pick ups over last few weeks including my first circle G Man auto.

Man I hope Twins are getting all the bad pitching out of the way now before postseason starts.

Looks like Baker had a nice game. Making a bid for postseason roster. Going to be interesting who is left off. Any truth to rumor Gardy doesn't like Baker? I heard PA the other day mention something to that nature. Still a lot left to be determined this final weekend.

I'm heading to the game tonight with my son for his birthday! Think I scored some tickets for 1st playoff game too, I'll find out tonight :)

As for roster, I'd almost bet they will keep Punto on for "expericance" factor. Same with Baker over Slowey.

All the starters need to go out this week & have a good outing or I'll be kind of worried.

My guess is they will keep Baker over Slowey just for the reason that Baker can get K's and that is what you need out of the bullpen, not a contact guy like Slowey. Once he starts giving up hits they just keep coming and coming and coming. Anyway here are some of my recent Twins pickups..

Nice stuff TG. Those gold UD Doc are tough to find, not a lot of that stuff got busted and tough pulls. I didn't even know Hicks had a Topps cert.

They aren't tough pulls, they are like 1:6 packs. I busted a retail (not blaster, but a retail shelf box) and pulled a nice little stack. The fact that no body busted them is a big factor.

Got seats in section 108 for Saturday's game, which will mean that I am going to try and graph a little. Hopefully Valencia comes out and signs. I am taking a ball and buying a program or 2. I am not going to go all out.

Yeah I noticed that nobody even mentions them. I found someone over on The Bench that busted several boxes and they got me the Spans. And I have wanted a Hicks Pro Debut Auto for awhile now. I have several of his Razor Auto's, but this one always seemed to get away from me. Most of them were selling in the $30-$40 range and I was lucky enough to win the last one on ebay for $23 delivered :D

Should have known TB busted UD Doc. Seems right up your alley. I know on few breaks I ever saw on it. Pulling gold versionswere around 1 per box and with 8 million cards in the set. Print run can't be to high on those. But with UD you never know.

Well after tonight's pitching performance I will say for the first time since we clinched that I am officially worried...

Really scary to see how we've been mailing it in since the clincher. Okay, resting Mauer, Thome, Hardy, etc., but the starting pitching has been fricking brutal in the past week! Then the bullpen has been bad, too. Not looking good for the playoffs no matter who or where we play.

yeah, once they clinched seemed the focus has went out the window. Even the bats are slipping. Some of the averages have really dipped. I just hope it comes back in playoffs. I remember when Cardinals won it all a couple years ago. They just stunk it up leading into playoffs almost blowing a playoff spot. Then they just played great when playoffs started.

Crain train got bombed tonight it looks like. I wonder what this teams era has been since they clinched. Perkins got in tonight. Was hoping TB would get to see him tomorrow.

I have to leave at 7 tomorrow to get to the game by 10... except there are no alarm clocks and I am runnin low on sleep...

I got Juan Berenger's autograph today! A friend of mine at my old school gave a 89 Signed topps to my mom who gave it to me.

If I don't see Perk tomorrow, oh well. I thought he was a reliever? They're might be a chance?
