I hope he really didn't commit this murder, and if he did kill someone, I hope that it was in self defense.

Will not comment on the Angel part of it but Jose Tabata is not his age. He is around 26.
With Angel, he could serve about 6 years and still have a career. His age difference is not that big. He could be another Braulio Castillo and restart his career in the Independent League as a 39 year old who spent 7 years in a Dominican Prison for drug traficking.
Castillo then when on to play in the movie Sugar.

Or Tabata may take me to court for slander 1st
Which one ever happens 1st.

Maybe because he knows if he runs he will get more years? Its funny how people think he is innocent because he turned himself in.jbone17 said:People always tend to judge the wrong doer before the victim. We don't even know the full facts of this case yet and people are calling for this kid's head. I don't know about any Dominican law, but hopefully Angel acted in self defense if he did indeed kill this man. It sounds like that the D.R. is a crazy ass place and what if the guy was drunk and pulled a knife on him? You obviously must let the jury decide the young mans fate and by reading the early reports in this case, it seems like that they have the wrong guy. Why would Villalona turn himself in and now claim innocence? It sounds like a self defense case in my book.

The judge ordered him locked up for two months as attorneys prepare their case.
Wait he's innocent for now? Will he be tried (sp) again later? Or is in the clear?jbone17 said:Austin said:Here's the latest on the case:

Sounds like a safe way to go about things. I hope it comes out that he acted in self defense because this will turn the tides big time.
He pleaded innocent versus pleading guilty, He will be tried in 2 months or so most likely.darocker80 said:Wait he's innocent for now? Will he be tried (sp) again later? Or is in the clear?jbone17 said:Austin said:Here's the latest on the case:

No, Jeremy, I'm pretty damn sure that Nick Adenhart is dead. No allegedly about it.

Tabata does not care what you say, and there wouldn't be any damages because it's just some guy mouthing off on the internet.
