Unbelievable that he gets the plate after his pathetic, pitiful, disgraceful, embarassing, putrid effort at first last night......any more adjectives to describe him besides what Schilling said yesterday? "He sucks!"

I read on his wikipedia page (not that i rly trust it), that he was voted the worst umpire in baseball multiple times.

All reports have been that he is 100%. Its about as much confirmation as you can get at this point in the season.

Whether he just thinks he is ok and whether he really is are two different things though

On Beckett's health I meant that last start vs Cleveland where he kinda got lit up, he and Francona said he's fine but it didn't seem like it!

He was "hurt" the start before that and missed it. He pitched against Cleveland more to just work the rust off and considering the game meant nothing its hard to take a lot out of it
