georgianni123 - Block this guy.
Ebay's feedback policy for sellers absolutely sucks. I'm getting non-payers like crazy now because there is absolutely nothing we can do except file an unpaid strike against them.
The guy offered on 2 of my John Mayberry Sterling Auto 9.5s. I accepted. A couple days later he asks if he could pick them up. I don't respond because I'm not sure yet whether I want to do that as it is not in my normal terms. He sends a second message a day later and I decide that yes, I will allow it. I tell him where he can pick the cards up. I get no reply. I send another invoice telling him to either tell me when he's going to pick them up or to pay the shipping and we can complete the deal. No reply. So after two weeks of no response I file a NPB. He responds to that demanding stating that if I take the NPB off he might pay me my fees back. Now, why would I be concerned over 35 cent listing fees when I know I'll get the FVFs back when the unpaid strike goes through? I wouldn't. The guy is trying to back out. So I state that I want to complete the transaction and will ship the cards out immediately. He tells me that he doesn't want the cards because he can't flip them now. I tell him that his ability to flip the cards has nothing to do with our contract and the guy goes nuts. He starts telling a series of lies in the dispute thread stating that I'm trying to sub the 9.5's for lesser cards and that the ones he bought are not available. Just stupid stupid stuff. Needless to say, this guy is not worth the hassle.
