Yes it did.

That does not excuse charging 5X what he paid for shipping.

I charge $1.95 and ship in a bubble mailer and with delivery conformation and still usually come out a few cents ahead.

No mention of it in his auction. This was his response to me asking him about it.

The problem is people trying to make money off of Shipping charges.. Ebay has a policy about over charging shipping fees. Charging 5Xs what it costs to actually ship the item so he/she can pocket the extra is against Ebays rules and it is just wrong to do..

Maybe you dont see an issue with that (and thats your opinion) I do have a problem with it and I know may others on here do to ( and thats our opinion)....

Once you cool off I'm sure you'll be happy. The card is what is really important.

Don't judge a book by it's cover it's what's inside that counts. Same can be said for envelopes.

I am totally happy with the card and would pay the same for it again and again and again....

I have a problem with sellers charging 5Xs what it costs them to ship something just so they can pocket a couple extra $$

i hardly ever see a person not make money of shipping charges so i dont really care. but thats just me and i respect your opinion. i would be mad if the card came in a pwe and i paid a good deal for shipping.

Its very obvious you dont get the point.. It does not matter what it was shipped in/or even how much was charged for shipping(as I have been charged more $$ and still been happy)...

The point is he charged 5 TIMES what he paid to have it shipped..

Also knowing many people here can not stand PWEs I figured I would let them know of another seller that sends in them..

and you state he has made 5 times what it actually cost to ship.

Do you know that if you buy something off of the web and they charge say 4.95 for shipping
you have to account for, the cost of the packaging handling fee and even time. Called handling
Ebay allows you to add actaully shipping and reasonable handling to your shipping, even if it is a PWE.

So the guy charged you 2.50 for shipping? I think his was fair, either way it came PWE or Bubble Mailer.

See lets break it down,
list auction. .25 cents
end of auction fees ( I don't know what it sold for) so I'll just use and .25 cent.
You paid by paypal I will assume so again not knowing what was the actually cost I'll use another .25 cents
Envelope .02 cents
postage what is it now a days .44 cents
and the sellers time plus reasonable handling and say another .40 cent

So lets recap
.25+.25+.25+.02+.44+.40 = 1.61
so you were charged 2.50 -1.61 of maybe actual costs and that leaves the seller 0.89 left
to mail out 2 more PWE"s?? And I'm not kidding.

Yep he made big money on this one for the shipping.
I always bid by what someone charges for shipping, if they charge more then 3 I usually don't bid on low end
stuff. and will bid it I know it will be higher. but if it is 1 card and they charge 5 I'm out even if it is a card I want
and know it is worth alot. That is just me.

Ok you win. Your right the guy made 5 times what it actaully cost to ship it.
YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BITCH ABOUT IT. ::facepalm::
Going to shake my head and walk away.

As for adding in the fees, go tell eBay you know for a fact this is what the guy did and see
where it will get you. It is a fair shipping price regardless of how it arrived.

I guess I don't see your point either
