I had no idea on this one. I noticed the other day that Albert Pujols recently collected his 400th double. Knowing that the all time doubles record is 792, I thought that 400 so soon in a career might put him pretty high on the list. I had no idea HOW high.
Here is the list of players with 400 or more doubles through their age 30 season:
Joe "Ducky" Medwick 453
