Any Wayne Gretzky rookie experts? And what do I do

There was a older guy (65-70) that came into the card show this last month had some nicer rookie stuff, like a 82 Topps traded set, Namth rookie, and this Gretzky rookie. I bought the Gretzky rookie from him with understanding it was a real ( he said his son had pulled it out of a pack back in the day). He gave me is phone # and went on this way.. I sent it to BGS and they said Authentic Questionable. I call the guy up and he could not belive what I had told him.. his son call me and assured me he had pulled it out of a pack,, I have had 1 other time or 2 where the graders was wrong about something.. So I am going to send it back in once again,, if it come back no good. guy said he would gladly give me my money back.. But what do yall think?>>

It looks right to me across the board.

The black lines appear sharp and black, the photo isn't interpolated, the overprint on the back appears correct.

I may be missing something here, but I haven't a clue.

I always though o pee chee where the ones that where faked not the topps one?

I cannot see anything that makes me think that card is not authentic. Good luck on the resubmission.

maybe the guy who looked at it thought it was the OPC version? stranger things have happened.

I will say though i have very little knowledge of the topps version and what to look for. Im pretty confident what im looking at for the OPCs.
