Des, my post was not to flame you at all. In fact, I am 100% on your side in this particular matter. What I meant by using the word kuhanas is that a lot of Ebayers are hesitant or scared to leave appropriate feedback and to a certain extent it does take a certain amount of courage to make other people aware of bad sellers antics. Too often bad sellers antics are just swept under the rug.

I think this has changed. Now that the seller CAN NOT leave negative feedback for a buyer, more and more buyers are freely leaving negatives.

On a side not I had a buyer not pay me for an auction. I sent 4 invoices and still never received payment. Filed with ebay and received credit. Was still pissed that he chose not to pay for my action and paid for others. So with anger getting the best of me I left the old Positive-Negative. Positive feedback with the real story in the details. He gets mad and drops a negative on me. I contact eBay and ask how I can get a negative for a buyer who did not pay and eBay credited my fees? They told me to file the non payer strike and the negative feedback would be erased (which it did).
Long story longer, within 2 weeks he was "no longer a registered user" (I guess he got too many strikes). :lol:
