Yup, my band uses it to accept credit cards at for merch and CDs concerts. Works well. Only problem is, if you don't have cell reception, you can't make charges.

Not that I am going to but why do you say that? I have heard from a few different people that it works well, not perfect but well.

I am pretty sure that if you make purchases at the National, Rosemont has an extra sales tax. Most transactions are usually cash because of the high surtax. If you are a seller, your invoice will include such tax. I was warned about this a couple years ago at the Sun-Times shows when I wanted to pay for some wax with a CC, and the vendor mentioned it to me.
