Ok , I think it was from the National but not 100% . I think out of 25, and the VIP stamped ones were /5 or /1 . Rare regardless , good luck

It could possibly be one of the Panini Promo cards that they have done for Fathers Day, Black Friday, etc....Its a cracked ice parallel. As someone above mentioned, it could also be a promotional card from the National show. I seem to remember seeing some of those come from the National mystery packs.
