Have you guys had any indication that he's alive/active anywhere at all?

I was told his facebook page is alive and well also.

He last posted during the AFC championship game on 1/22. Appears like either he knows he ripped people off (I dont feel this way), or he's embarrassed and just doesn't want to come clean or feel the backlash

It pisses me off. An email, FCB post, answer of a phone call is all it would take. I wish I hadn't just checked his facebook because now I know that he made enough time to post multiple times there but completely ignore our requests

While I am sure this guy is going through some tough stuff you would be 1000% right feeling like that. This totally stinks and I wish I could add or even do something. So instead of throwing fuel on the fire I will just say this is totally unacceptable (buying on ebay and updating facebook on gameday) regardless of the situation I hope everything works itself out.

Talmer has contacted me with the following info

PSA logged the cards in 12/6 with order #20559558. He was delayed because some members did follow up on their end of the deal sending cards and he was forced to send some late 60's commons to reach 50 cards.

"I did send the cards out a few weeks late because people who originally said they would send cards never did, I then tried to get enough cards to get to 50 from members who i thought were friends but they too said they would send then never did. Finally after waiting I just subbed some commons from the early 60's that I had just to get to 50 cards so I would only have to pay $8 per card instead of $12 since I had already missed out on the $5 special(Missing this special cost me $200). At this point I should've just sent everyone's cards back or at the least let you guys know what was going on but I did not and I am sorry."

" I am pretty sure that you realize that I am not trying to steal anyone's cards but I am still willing to send my cards to be held(though I really hope this sub populates any day now so you guys can have your cards back "

Hopefully. like Talmer said, this sub will pop soon and everyone will get their cards back.

Wow. Well I certainly am better now than I was before I saw this. Any way to look up an order status on PSA?

Edit: Looks like you need a username/PW to get an order status. Still, if they processed it on 12/6, its 40 business days ago (minus however many holiday days they got off)

As an outsider on this sub, although I've subbed to talmer twice prior without any issues, I still fully expect he'll do everyone right.

Def more worried about the health of his wife but someone above posted that he's buying/selling on eBay while this is all happening is what's troubling me... ::facepalm::

I'm sure all will work out and it sucks that all this trouble has to be done to get it resolved..

Phil would have knocked it out rain or shine.

I thought Phil only does PSA grading not PSA/DNA auto authenticating? Any way we can get a PSA/DNA sub through FCB?

Just spoke to my PSA rep, the cards are in the grading queue. Today is day 38 and the "normal" time is 45 business days. 10 Feb will be day 45, I call call back next week or so to get the shipping date.

Appreciate the help. But now that we finally have this information, I just wonder how long it will take Talmer to actually get the stuff in, and then ship it back out. I'm hoping that he does it as quickly as possible to help make up for this mess
