I would however, buy a few game used items that I want.
Im honestly not sure which is worse...
collecting cardboard pictures of men.
or
collecting stuff men used.
Yes...working on both in low grades.scotty21690 said:That would be crazy!200lbhockeyplayer said:The two sets I would go nuts for would be PSA 8 or better 1934 Goudey and 1933 Tat Orbit.
Outside of that...not much would change.
By any chance are you working on those sets now? [In low-mid grade?]

Very cool story!200lbhockeyplayer said:Yes...working on both in low grades.scotty21690 said:That would be crazy!200lbhockeyplayer said:The two sets I would go nuts for would be PSA 8 or better 1934 Goudey and 1933 Tat Orbit.

The answer to the "why those two sets" question is one player - Dick Porter. The guy in my avatar. Dick was a childhood friend of my grandfather and after his playing days would take my dad hunting/fishing/etc.
What started as a Dick Porter collection began ballooning into set building.
What would you do with the other $99,999,900?? :lol:brumbach said:If money wasn't an issue I'd go absolutely insane and obliterate everything in my path.
And I'd buy every case I could find of 1988 Donruss and build a gigantic bonfire with all of them.

My kind of guy.Tomlinson21RB said:Buying would increase. I'm 100% in the hobby for the fun of it, and realize I'm losing money on every purchase. Extra pocket cash means I'm filling some serious holes in my personal collection.
